The property was luxurious and beautifully kept. Very very helpful staff, gave a lot of information. Booked the hotel for its quiet location adjacent to many shops and restaurants, Carlsbad Premium Outlet, the mall, and other shopping centers. Close to many things.

The warm friendliness of the staff, both shifts were extremely nice and helpful more than their job required.

I wish the windows opened wider.

Breakfast was muffins and fruit or: oranges and apples or oatmeal. Was led to believe better breakfast only reason booked there

The customer service was top-notch, making this place feel luxurious and really fantastic. I loved having a room with a kitchen – super handy! The staff were friendly and everything was just really solid 👌.

That it had the pet smell in the room

I really enjoyed the kitchen in the room. It was so convenient and really nice. I also liked the complmentary breakfast! I would like to comment how very nice and very efficient the staff was too us at our stay.

I needed a nice space to do flowers for a wedding in the area. The room we had was comfotable, Clean and had a nice view of the golf course next door. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The tiny small beds had comfortable Matress. The Kitchenette was a nice feature We definately used the full size fridge.

The rooms were too small. we had 4 people the beds were too small, 2 small doubles beds There was no community seating room to eat or play a games. since we could cook food or eat snacks or drink some coffe there was no place to sit down to do that, not even outside patio. THERE WAS NO POOL!!! The hotel was a BIG disappointment for the money. I will never stay there again. The staff said we could use the POOL at the carlsbad hotel location but that was closed for maintenance during the Memorial Day weekend, So I will probably thin twice about the extended stay hotel. I would ask Booked.net for credit back on this booking it was so disappointing for us.

The staff here is super friendly and incredibly nice, which really made my stay enjoyable. The rooms have been recently redone and are a good size. They come with a bathroom and cooking facilities, which was very convenient. 👍

Stay was not good, could hear dogs barking in the next room, tried to cancel our stay and was told we couldn't because front desk didn't know how to make the bed the way the maids do so they can resell the room. Overall, would never stay with this establishment again! Blankets were dirty, towel had someone else's face make up on it,toilet was broken, water didn't get hot for showers,placed smelled like cigarettes and was sticky.

Had to ask for all necessary items (utensils, plates, cups, etc etc) needed and pick up at front desk. Also had to go to front desk for blow dryer trip that could had been avoided.

The staff here is very polite and helpful, the location is great, the room is quiet and bright, and check-in and check-out are a breeze!

Pretty pricey for a Monday

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location provided easy access to the freeway. The beach was 10 minutes away.

The bed linens smelled bad and the shower pressure was very low.
